Psychiatric and medication-management services are provided solely by Sam Burress, PMHNP-BC, through Rockdale Mental Health, PLLC, to adults who are physically located in Washington or Iowa at the time of service.
All clinical care is delivered via the HIPAA-compliant SimplePractice platform.
Rockdale Mental Health does not provide in-person services or accept insurance payments; all visits are self-pay.

You may use this site only for lawful purposes.
Do not submit protected health information (PHI) or detailed medical history through any general contact form or email.
All clinical communication, scheduling, and document exchange occur securely within SimplePractice.
